The people behind every guard we deploy.
The security foundation of SBS is built on strong leadership, discipline and years of field experience. Our team ensures high-quality guard training, reliable deployment and 24/7 support.
Leads company strategy, client relationships and overall service standards since founding SBS in 2019.
Behind every deployed guard is a structured onboarding process: identity and background verification, uniform issuance, site-specific briefing and ongoing supervisor check-ins. Our leadership team stays hands-on with field operations, not just management from an office.
We're always looking for disciplined, reliable individuals to train and deploy as security guards, bouncers and supervisors. Reach out to our office to enquire about current openings.
