These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Shri Balikaran Singh Security Services (SBS Security) website and outline the general terms under which we provide security services to clients. Specific engagements are governed by a separate service agreement signed with the client.
SBS Security provides security guard, bouncer, bodyguard, event security and related manpower services. Exact scope, guard count, shift timings and pricing for any engagement are confirmed in writing (quote, work order or service agreement) before deployment begins.
Quotes provided through this website or over call/WhatsApp are estimates based on the information shared by the client. Final pricing may vary based on an on-site assessment, guard count, shift hours, duration and specific site requirements.
Cancellation or rescheduling of confirmed deployments should be communicated as early as possible. Short-notice cancellations may be subject to charges as outlined in the specific service agreement.
While SBS Security takes all reasonable care in guard selection, training and deployment, our liability for any incident is limited to the terms specified in the signed service agreement for that engagement.
